I like to think of LinkedIn's page as a landing page for your company – like a pre-home page with basic info about what the company/product does at a glance.

Visitors should be able to tell…

  1. what the company does

  2. if the page is worth following

  3. if they want to know more about your company

…within about 10 seconds of visiting your page. Yes, that quickly!

Here’s a great example from Beehiiv:

Build your company page optimized for the next steps you want them to take.

👉 Do you want them to check out your website?

👉 Or should they subscribe to a newsletter?

👉 Or do you want them to go straight for a free trial?

Remember to refer back to your North Star & long-term goals as you build/update your page info!
